Michael J. Moriarty is the owner and principal geologist at MES. He earned his BS degree in Geology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1984. Mr. Moriarty is a licensed geologist in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. He is a certified subsurface evaluator, UST closure and cathodic protection specialist in New Jersey and a certified host municipal inspector for TSDs in Pennsylvania. Mr. Moriarty is involved with all phases of project development and implementation for MES, including preparation of proposals and cost estimates; client interface; implementation and oversight of field investigations; data analysis and review; remedial action selection and implementation; preparation of technical work plans; preparation of final technical reports; and budget oversight. Mr. Moriarty also manages a large portfolio of sites with documented petroleum releases for a nationwide insurance company. His experience in the environmental and geotechnical industries includes quality assurance/quality control field inspections for landfill construction and landfill closure projects; providing technical oversight, managing and maintaining remediation systems including pump and treat, air sparge, chemical injection, steam and soil vapor extraction.
In his spare time, Mr. Moriarty enjoys boating, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
David M. Streetsmith, P.G., is a senior environmental manager in charge of the site characterization and remediation division at MES. He earned his BS degree with honors in Geology from St. Lawrence University. Mr. Streetsmith is a Pennsylvania- and Delaware-licensed Professional Geologist and is a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists, American Institute of Professional Geologists, and the National Groundwater Association. Mr. Streetsmith is a Certified Subsurface Evaluator in New Jersey. He also has completed the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER site worker and supervisors training and has his current OSHA 8-hour refresher training, as well as first aid and CPR. Mr. Streetsmith has more than 18 years of environmental consulting experience in both the office and field. During his career, he has dealt with organizing and directing environmental site investigation and remediation programs throughout the east coast for private, industrial and governmental clients following local, state and federal regulations. He has managed hundreds of Phase I and Phase II site assessments, UST installations and removals, long- and short-term site remediation programs and emergency remedial actions.
As a Senior Hydrogeologist he has conducted technical review, regulatory negotiation, future action evaluation and PG approval of reports for retail gasoline stations and petroleum terminals throughout Pennsylvania. He has devised and implemented alternative remediation evaluation programs including various in-situ technologies at petroleum-impacted and hazardous waste sites. He has coordinated and supervised USEPA site characterizations at DOD facilities in accordance with state and federal protocols. Mr. Streetsmith has also trained and supervised team members and subcontractors on multiple Superfund sites.
For recreation, Mr. Streetsmith enjoys hiking, camping, reading, yoga, and taekwondo.
Karyn E. Norton is a senior environmental scientist with MES. She handles project management of residential sites with heating oil releases. Her comprehensive involvement with these projects begins with investigation activities and continues through successful remediation and attainment of final closure from state agencies. Ms. Norton received her BS degree in Geo-Environmental studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2000. In New Jersey, she is a certified subsurface evaluator and is certified for UST closure and has completed the 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training. Ms. Norton also is a member of the National Groundwater Association and an AHERA-trained Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner.
In addition to her work with the heating oil release projects, she has extensive experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (PESAs) including undeveloped, developed, commercial and residential properties. Ms. Norton's responsibilities with PESA projects includes site inspections, reviewing site-specific background information, reviewing regulatory records and technical report preparations. PESA clients have included banks, contracting companies and private property owners. Ms. Norton's experience providing technical oversight for insurance companies covers environmental insurance claims. Responsibilities with these projects includes soil and groundwater investigations for residential heating oil tanks; selection of a remedial approach; contractor oversight; regulatory liaison; soil and groundwater sampling; and reporting.
In her free time, she likes spending weekends at the Jersey Shore, reading, traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Brandi L. Gray is a senior environmental scientist with MES. Her primary responsibilities include project management and field services for environmental insurance claims. She received her BS degree in environmental resource management from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Ms. Gray's academic background includes environmental engineering and wetland delineation and design.
Ms. Gray's project involvement consists of all stages of project development and implementation including soil and groundwater investigations for residential heating oil tanks, selection of remedial approach, contractor oversight, regulatory liaison, compliance soil and groundwater sampling, contractor invoice review and reporting. In addition to her experience with environmental and subsurface investigations, Ms. Gray provides compliance monitoring, reporting and oversight for closed landfills and is proficient in conducting environmental assessments Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Ms. Gray holds certifications for UST closure and subsurface evaluator in New Jersey, National storm-water inspector and has completed the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, camping, hiking, and fishing.
Christopher D. Valligny is a project environmental scientist with MES, where he manages subsurface investigations and remediation of leaking underground storage tanks. His responsibilites include performing soil and groundwater investigations, installing and sampling monitoring wells, observing and coordinating remediation activities and writing reports. In addition, he performs surveys of endangered species for developers and other clients. Mr. Valligny received his BA in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science degree from Hartwick College in 2000 and his MS degree in Biology from Villanova University in 2003. His studies included avian ecology and conservation. Prior to joining MES, he held several positions conducting research on plant and animal conservation in New York and Florida. Mr. Valligny holds certifications in UST closure and subsurface evaluator in New Jersey and has completed the 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
Among his personal interests, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, bird watching, nature studies, and genealogical research.
Mr. Dinkelacker is a geological scientist with MES. His primary responsibilities include project management and field services for environmental investigation and remediation projects.

He received his BA degree in Geosciences from Franklin & Marshall College in 2008, and has completed the OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training.
In his spare time Mr. Dinkelacker enjoys fishing, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bradford F. McGoldrick is a staff environmental scientist with MES. He is responsible for groundwater treatment system operation and maintenance, installing and sampling monitoring wells, contaminant delineation, remediation oversight, pre-and post-remediation sampling and assisting with the development of remediation solutions. Mr. McGoldrick also has experience with monitoring a closed landfill leachate treatment system. He received his associate's degree in Biology from Montgomery County Community College and his BA degree in Environmental Studies from Temple University. He also completed the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
Outside of work, he likes fishing, hiking, canoeing, camping, relaxing with family and friends, and watching the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.
Ms. Gebert is an environmental scientist with MES. Her primary responsibilities include project management and field services for environmental investigation and remediation projects.

Ms. Walters is an environmental scientist with over two years of experience in environmental and subsurface investigations. Her primary responsibilities include project management and field services for environmental investigation and remediation projects.
Ms. Walters' project involvement consists of all stages of project development and implementation, including: soil and groundwater investigations for underground storage tank releases; selection of remedial approach; contractor oversight; regulatory liaison; soil and groundwater sampling; data analysis and preparation and review of technical reports.

Mr. Ulery is an environmental scientist with 4.5 years experience in environmental and subsurface investigations. His primary responsibilities include project management and field services for environmental investigation and remediation projects. His project involvement consists of all stages of project development and implementation, including: soil and groundwater investigations for underground storage tank releases; selection of remedial approach; contractor oversight; pre- and post-remediation soil and groundwater sampling; preparation and review of technical reports; laboratory data analysis and review; and providing a liaison between clients, contractors, and environmental regulators.
Mr. Ulery’s hobbies include hiking, Philadelphia sports teams, and road trips.
Ms. Reed is a geological scientist with experience in environmental and subsurface investigations. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in geology. Her primary responsibilities include field and office services for environmental investigation and remediation projects. Ms. Reed’s project involvement consists of pre- and post-remediation soil and groundwater sampling; contractor oversight; laboratory data analysis and review; and providing a liaison between clients, contractors, and environmental regulators.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and watching the Flyers and Phillies.
Mr. Aberle has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience over the course of his career, with the last 10 years being concentrated in the environmental and industrial field.
He is a former USAF Security Specialist and part-time radio talk show host. Mr. Aberle is married with two daughters. His hobbies include working out/weight lifting, reading, and chess.
